TiCi Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design modern web applications, mobile apps, enterprise software, and NatureTech platforms.
Your role will involve understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing visually appealing interfaces, and ensuring seamless user experiences across all digital products. What you'll do
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and UI components.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs across multiple devices.
- Perform usability testing and improve products based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and interaction design.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development principles is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory.
