01. Our story

We didn't start as a software company. That's exactly why our software works.

TiCi began as TiCi NatureLab - a real, operating business with real operational problems: tracking tissue-culture batches, managing aquaculture systems, running finance and procurement across departments, keeping HR and attendance under control. Off-the-shelf software never quite fit, so our own team started building the tools internally.

Over time, those internal tools matured into a full suite of production-grade portals - HRMS, finance, procurement, client management, lab and facility management systems - all designed, used, broken, fixed, and improved by the people who depended on them daily.

TiCi Technologies is that same engineering team, now structured as its own vertical so any organisation - not just ours - can commission the same quality of custom software, websites, and portals.
