About the role
Help us bring TiCi Technologies' proven internal systems to organisations outside the TiCi group. You'll own the early client conversation, from first enquiry through to proposal.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound enquiries from the website and qualify leads
- Understand prospective clients' operational challenges
- Coordinate with the engineering team on proposals and scoping
- Maintain the CRM/leads pipeline
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in IT/software services
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients over calls and email
- Organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven
