The Challenge
As TiCi NatureLab's team grew across multiple departments and shifts, attendance, leave, and payroll were tracked across a patchwork of spreadsheets maintained by different people. Records went out of sync, payroll processing took days each month, and there was no single source of truth for who was on leave or when.
The Solution
We designed and built an internal HRMS portal covering employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing in one system. Managers approve leave directly in the portal, attendance syncs automatically, and payroll pulls from the same verified data — no more reconciling five different spreadsheets before each pay run.
The Results
Payroll processing time dropped from days to hours. Leave requests and approvals happen in the portal instead of over email and paper forms, and HR has a single, always-current view of headcount and attendance across every department.
Before this portal, closing payroll each month meant chasing down attendance sheets from every department. Now it's one system, and everyone trusts the numbers in it.
