The Challenge
Tank parameters, water quality readings, feeding schedules, and maintenance tasks were recorded on paper by whoever was on shift, in whatever format they preferred. Historical trends were difficult to spot, and it wasn't always clear whether a scheduled maintenance task had actually been completed.
The Solution
We built an Aquarium Maintenance Portal covering tank parameter logging, water quality history, feeding schedules, and maintenance task tracking with sign-off, so every reading and every completed task is recorded consistently regardless of who's on shift.
The Results
Water quality trends are now visible over time instead of scattered across paper logs, missed maintenance tasks are flagged automatically instead of discovered later, and any team member can check a tank's full history without needing to track down the physical logbook.
Every tank now has a complete, consistent history — no more guessing whether a log entry from three shifts ago was actually filled in correctly.
