TiCi Technologies grew out of TiCi NatureLab - a science and nature enterprise based in West Bengal, India, working across tissue culture, aquaculture, research, and conservation. Like most organisations, NatureLab ran its operations on a patchwork of spreadsheets, paper forms, and disconnected tools. The data was there. The systems were not.
We started building our own - an HRMS to manage staff, a finance portal to track budgets, a tissue culture management system to run the lab, an aquarium maintenance portal to monitor tanks. One by one, each manual process became a structured digital system.
By the time we had built 15 of them, we had something more than internal software. We had a product suite.
TiCi Technologies is the IT division of TiCi NatureLab. Every product we offer to clients has already run inside our own operations - handling real data, real edge cases, and real users. We didn't prototype and pitch. We built, used, refined, and then opened the doors.
